More Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Property plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
